Conceptual Framework, Standards, and Compliance with Legislation

We adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and its Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). These internationally recognized guidelines establish three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. While our website includes some AAA level features, it conforms to the intermediate level “AA”.

In addition to WCAG 2.2, we comply with the following legislation:

1. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (USA): Requires federal information and communication technologies to be accessible. Although we are not a federal technology, we comply with its technical and functional requirements.

5. Accessibility Canada Act: Promotes the creation of a barrier-free Canada. Our website complies with the digital accessibility requirements of this law.
